Procardia is located in the renovated section of the Augustow Hospital. It is comprised of the Hemodynamics Laboratory, Intensive Cardiology Care Unit and Cardiology Ward. We currently have 14 beds at our disposal, 4 of which are intensive care beds. All our rooms are up to newest standards with separate ventilation and climate control and a central patient life-sign monitoring system.
The Intensive Cardiology Care Unit; equipped with state-of-the-art technology, admits patients with acute coronary syndrome or other life threatening cardiac conditions. The staff is comprised of doctors and nurses with life-long experience in the field of invasive cardiology and intensive cardiac therapy. From the first day of operation we remain open 24 hours a day. Life saving procedures are carried out ceaselessly. There is an out-patient clinic where all incoming and outgoing Procardia patients receive consultation and follow-up treatment. Procardia has a signed contract with the National Health Fund – all treatment is free of charge for patients with National Health Insurance.
